According to Radio Times Susanne Bier said she won’t direct TNM 2 while she would be still invovlved. Unsure about Pine/Tom will be in it. Ink factory will need to try hard. Little Drummer Girl turned out to be a failure, rating wise. Critics mostly loved it but audience gave it up. In UK it began with 5.8M but epi 3, less only 2.8 M people saw it. Final, 2.6 M, I read. The average number of viewers for TNM was about 6M. In US, tragic. Epi 1-2, 390K; 3-4, 230K; 5-6, 55k. TNM’s average, 790k.

Thanks – yes, I’ve put together a post that sort of summarizes where we are now. It’s all so up in the air. No idea about characters, who’s back or not, when they could possibly do it, and with the long stretch since the last season, people will have kind of forgotten. 

I didn’t know that about Little Drummer Girl – that’s too bad.
