It’s not happening in ‘Murica.
Whatsonstage betrayal ticket website is linked in their tweet from 8hrs ago. Their regular website shows something different.
They look the same to me?
I think they block out certain number of seats for different websites. I can see plenty of seats left at whatsonstage site. They offer the same 60 seats for every show. Tickets are a little more expensive than ATG ones. If people don’t know this site and similar ones they have to go through ATG and may end up getting much worse seats for slightly less money.
Looks like it – say, 75 for WOS (and then they mark the tickets up by 10%), probably similar for LTD, etc.
It’s worth a look if people are still looking.

This lady is representing our fandom up there. Meanwhile, Tom is awkwardly trying to figure out how to react to this.

Do you not work in fucking media, Angie Han? Or, as anyone with access to the internet can do, Google “Hiddleston” and “Betrayal”, dummy. I think Mashable even had an article on the video and play. twitter,com/ajhan/status/1068555828297265152
Mashable did, in fact, do an article.
I guess it’s just Friday – and snark o’clock…

(God, I desperately want to respond, but I’d probably get blocked.)
Hi, I got great tickets on one of the dstes I wanted. Bought one 15£ some weeks ago. That is a pressle access bargain! The ATG site crashed and I had to start over from the end of the que a couple of times with 700 before me. Had my tickets at 9.50 anyway so really not much to complain about! My experience from ATG and other ticket sale pages is that they tend to be overwhelmed the firts 1-2 hours, just keep calm, breathe and you will get your tickets.
(Sorry, this is from yesterday)
Good advice. And be flexible with dates, if you can.
Do you think the other cast members have been secured? Why wouldn’t they announce the full cast before tickets go on sale? Would that be partly Tom’s decision?
I have no idea.
It’s not completely unusual to not announce other cast, especially if you have a name star. But I would guess if they haven’t hired, they’ll be signed on relatively soon. It’s a small cast.
£70000 for an ad?! HOLY HELL!!! Why does an ad cost that much to run?!
1.5 million reach (paid circulation + others who will read) which is about double The Guardian. And it caters to a crowd that’s interested in London happenings, theatre/arts/etc. So broad reach + target audience + colour/full page =
£70000.
